In order to practice as a SQP, SQPs must sit on a Register and fulfil the requirements of their Regulator, including meeting their CPD obligations.
The Vetpol Register runs on a calendar year from January to December. The following describes our payment policy and process:
For those SQPs requiring an invoice for annual registration fees, this will be issued from October of the preceding year and is payable within one month of invoice date, ie by mid November.
For those purchasing annual registration online, a series of automatic reminders. SQPs have until the end of December in which to purchase the following years’ registration. Online registration attracts a £5 discount if paid before the end of the preceding year.
Late payment fees are applied, where appropriate.
Those who have not paid by the 1st March will be removed from the SQP Register.
