That’s why we don’t offer discounts and flashy deals: Whether you buy one course or fifty, the price remains the same.
The margin that we could give away on bulk purchasing and offers is reinvested into delivering an ever-better level of service for our students and fee-paying employers. This means that value for money is always top of our agenda as we remain transparent about fees and clear about what you get in return for your investment.
Here are our fees:
A one-species SQP qualification with Vetpol costs £730+VAT and includes access to first class online training materials, online exams, student support and registration costs during the year in which you qualify. Once qualified you receive a certificate from our Awarding Body, LANTRA, an enamel badge denoting your professional status and access to Vetpol’s unique trademarks, designed to signpost veterinary medicines and elevate the professional recognition of SQPs.

You may add additional species at the time of your initial purchase for a cost of just £95+VAT per species.
If you wish to purchase additional species AFTER your qualification, you may do so for a fee of £169+VAT. The difference in costs is a reflection of our additional costs when purchasing later (including an extra exam fee).

We recognise your AMTRA qualification via the process of Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) so you may add any extra species for £250+VAT. Please contact us for more details.
Whether you have had a career break and lapsed in your SQP registration or you have not achieved the required amount of CPD, you may have to go through our re-validation process to be added to the Vetpol SQP Register – fee of £190+VAT.
The cost of an exam re-sit is £150+VAT per exam.
The annual fee for the Vetpol Register is £60+VAT, starting 1st January each year.
If you switch from another Register to the Vetpol Register there is no fee for the remainder of the year in which the switch is made. Thereafter the annual fee is £60+VAT

Vetpol also offers an online Veterinary Pharmacy Manager course that counts as 15 hours worth of CPD and meets certain criteria of the Practice Standards Scheme (PSS). The fee for online course materials, a multiple choice exam and certificate is £430+VAT
