Courses are not transferable, once purchased.

Access to course materials is only issued upon payment in full. This is immediate in the case of online payments made via Stripe in Vetpol’s Learning Management System or at the time of full payment of a requested invoice.

The cheapest way to pay and quickest way to gain access to training is to pay online via the Vetpol Learning Management System [add link].  The small proportion of customers who do not pay invoices promptly result in additional costs being generated that would have to be spread across those customers who pay promptly and as a consequence:

  • To raise an invoice that is not for immediate payment, Vetpol needs a purchase order number.
  • Vetpol charges a £25 admin fee where less than 3 courses are purchased at the same time and a written invoice is requested. There is no admin fee for courses purchased online.
  • Vetpol Ltd does not offer or provide credit although for customers purchasing in the Learning Management System online via Stripe the facility to pay via Paypal is included as an option.  Paypal will provide credit for some of its customers as will some credit card companies. 
  • Where an invoice is issued, payment is due on the date stated on the invoice. 
  • Where payment is late interest will be added at 8% per annum plus the prevailing Bank of England bank rate. 
  • Reasonable costs of recovery will be added to late interest if funds are more than 30 days overdue. 

In the event that Vetpol Ltd is unable to recover funds due, Vetpol Ltd. reserves the right to sell on bad debts.
