SQP Champions and Ambassadors

Each year, during SQP Congress, Vetpol shines the spotlight on some of its’ outstanding SQPs and recognises them as SQP Champions & Ambassadors:

Those who have earned the title CPD Champion, in completing the greatest volume of CPD in a given CPD year; and those who have been recognised as SQP Ambassadors due to their commitment and passion for animal welfare and positive influence on those around them.

Champions & Ambassadors positively contribute to the development of a profession of SQPs and we applaud them.

SQPs are qualified to supply certain categories of veterinary medicine and they sit on a professional Register. They are on the front-line with animal owners, advising them on medicines and general health and welfare.

Vetpol SQP Champions

In order to practice as an SQP, there is a professional obligation to complete a certain amount of CPD (ongoing training). Both Stacey and Carla have a requirement to complete 3 hours CPD over a calendar year. However, both went so far above and beyond that requirement, completing around 20 times that amount!

SQP Ambassadors

Vetpol SQP Ambassadors share a huge commitment and passion for their professional role, serving the animals and owners they have as their customers in promoting better animal welfare.
